Salted Citrus

Soak the oranges in clean water for one hour. (Nianju cannot be used because it is not recommended! There are a lot of pesticide residues)

After the water boils, put the oranges in the nest and cook for about a minute (don’t cook for too long)

Grab the oranges and wait for it to cool. Soak up the surface water for later use (I leave it for about four or five hours)
4.
Put salt first, then a layer of citrus...until the jar is full.

It can be used to soak in water after five months of staying (sore throat is super effective)
Tips:
It must be boiled, because it will cause mold if it is not cooked. This will not happen if it is cooked. (Before putting the citrus into the can, let the oranges cool down, and dry the surface of the oranges)
