Salted Duck Congee

1. Wash the rice the night before, then wrap it and freeze it overnight, so that the porridge is easier to soften the next day.

2. The rice is boiled softly in the pot.

3. Add shiitake mushrooms, carrots, duck meat, and chopped green onion when it's almost ready

4. Various ingredients are added well.

5. After finishing filling the bowl, sprinkle some black sesame seeds. Let’s start eating!

Tips:

The rice is best frozen overnight in the refrigerator. This way the porridge is easier to soften.
