Fried Edamame with Salted Duck

1. Cut the salted duck into small pieces and simmer it in a pot under cold water to control dry.

2. Slice shiitake mushrooms, clean edamame, and set aside.

3. Put oil in the pot, add salted duck, and stir fry. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, sugar, a few drops of dark soy sauce to color, and add half a bowl of water. After five minutes, add the prepared edamame and shiitake mushrooms. Stir-fry for another 15 minutes or so.

4. It's delicious, adults can eat meat, but babies can eat shiitake mushrooms and peas.
