Salted Edamame
1.
Cut off both ends of edamame

Wash and set aside
3.
Add star anise and chili
4.
Add edamame water and cook on high heat
5.
Bring to a boil and add a teaspoon and a half salt
6.
Boil on high heat for about 10 minutes, turn off the heat and soak for about 20 minutes, remove and serve.

The finished product can also be stored in the refrigerator to taste better!
