Salted Egg Yolk Baked Crispy Rice

Prepare the ingredients and break the large slices of rice into small pieces

After the salted egg yolk is steamed (or roasted), crush it with a spoon and set aside

Heat the pot and pour the rapeseed oil

Sauté: Scallion, ginger, garlic froth

Add salted duck egg yolk minced

Turn the spatula while sautéing on medium heat, and fry the salted egg yolk to get the oily froth

Pour into the rice crust and stir fry quickly

Let the egg butter sand instantly coat the surface of the rice crust and turn off the heat

Serve it while it’s hot, it’s salty and crispy, it’s really delicious
Tips:
1. The salted egg yolk needs to be cooked egg yolk, if it is raw, it will affect the taste
2. Add more oil when frying salted egg yolks, and add oil sand and oil froth before frying them
