A sauced duck head that can be used as a cold dish or a snack. It’s good to nibble in your free time.

Sauce Duck Head

1. Duck head cleaned and drained

2. Heat oil in a pan, add duck head

3. Fry until the surface is slightly browned, serve and set aside

4. Re-heat the oil and add rock sugar

5. Stir-fry the sugar color over a small fire

6. Turn the duck head back into the pot and coat with sugar evenly

7. Add soy sauce

8. Add soy sauce and stir fry evenly

9. Pour water over the duck's head, add cooking wine

10. Bring the lid to a high heat and turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Open the lid halfway and flip it over

11. When the time is up, just open the lid and collect the juice

12. Let out a little to let cool, cut in half and serve on a plate
