Sauce-flavored Radish Peel

Peel the radish in my heart (you can peel it thicker, it will be more delicious with some radish meat)

Then cut into small pieces

Sprinkle salt in a basin to kill water for 30 minutes

Pour out the soup after 30 minutes (this will remove some of the radish gas)
5.
Add shiitake soy sauce and sugar, mix well and marinate for 2 hours to taste, add a few drops of sesame oil and mix well.

It can also be made from other radish skins.
