Sauce Fried Snails

The snail store that I bought back has helped cut off the tail and rinsed it with water several times

Cut the green onion, ginger, garlic, and dried chili

Stir garlic, ginger and chili in a frying pan

Pour the snails and stir fry

Add some cooking wine

Add some salt to taste

Add a spoonful of bean paste

Add a spoonful of Gingerle sauce, add chili sauce if you don’t have this sauce

Add some sugar and stir well

Add the right amount of water to boil

Tips:
After the snails are stir-fried, it is better to add some water and boil for a while
