Sauerkraut and Potato Shreds

Prepare the materials

Cut the potatoes into thin slices and then shred them, soak them in clean water, and wash to remove the starch from the potatoes

Wash the sauerkraut in clean water, squeeze the water, and cut the chives into small pieces

Pour oil into the pot and stir-fry the shallots when it is warm

Add sauerkraut and fry for 1 minute

Add potato shreds and fry for 1 minute
