Sauerkraut Laoya Soup from Hongguo's Recipe

Prepare the required ingredients, duck, sauerkraut seasoning, wolfberry, ginger

Clean up the old duck, wash and cut into pieces

Boil in a pot under cold water

Slice ginger, wash goji berry bubbles, wash and mince chives

Heat the pan with cold oil, and stir-fry the duck after 70% of the oil to create a fragrance

Add ginger and stir fry evenly

Add water to a boil

Pour the duck pieces into the casserole, turn to low heat and simmer for about 20 minutes

Tips:
1. It tastes more delicious in pot or porcelain, it must be cooked slowly on low heat
