Sausage Fried Chili

The spicy sausage made in Roulian Store is steamed in a steamer, let cool and sliced for later use

Cut green peppers and set aside

When the pan is hot, add the sausage and stir fry until the oil is poured into the white wine

Tips:
In the north, there will be processed sausages in the winter. After they are made, they will be taken home and air-dried, put in the refrigerator, frozen and then steamed.
