Stir-fried Sausage with Garlic

Preparation of main raw materials.

Wash the sausages, put them on the plate and steam them for about 5 minutes.

When steaming sausages, wash the garlic sprouts and red peppers, cut into small pieces, and place the garlic roots and garlic leaves separately.

Tips:
1: When stir-frying the sausages, remember to set a medium-to-small heat to avoid overheating and fry the sausages.
2: Sausage has a salty taste, so you only need to pour a little steamed fish soy sauce during frying.
