Potato Chip Omelette

Beat the eggs and cut the ingredients for later use.

Put some oil in the pan to preheat for two minutes.
3.
Add the cut potato chips and sprinkle some salt and fry for three minutes.
4.
Sprinkle in the carrots and continue to fry for another minute.
5.
Sprinkle in the beaten eggs.
6.
Add the chopped spicy sausage and continue frying for five minutes.
7.
Simmer in a pot for three minutes and serve.
Tips:
Fry slowly over low heat.
