Scallion

Wash the two shags, and wash the onion and garlic separately.

Cut the shag into thin slices, cut the green onion into small pieces, and slap the garlic into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pot and sauté the fragrant garlic on medium to small heat.

Pour in shag slices and stir fry.
5.
Stir fry until the shag becomes transparent, add some salt.

Add chopped green onion and stir fry.
7.
Before starting the pan, add a proper amount of raw extract to extract fresh.
Tips:
Sha Ge itself can be eaten raw, so it does not need to be fried for too long.
