Scallion Ginger Fish

Clean up the fish and drain the water.

Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic.

Heat oil, add green onion, ginger, garlic and saute until fragrant.

Put in small mouth fish.

When the fire is strong, add vinegar and cooking wine one after another.

Add a small amount of soy sauce.

Add water.

After boiling, add salt and sugar to taste; cook for about 5 minutes.

Add monosodium glutamate to increase the freshness, and turn off the heat after turning off the juice.

Put it out of the pot and serve on the table after garnishing.
Tips:
1. Because marine fish are relatively fishy, do not cover them when burning to facilitate the emission of fishy odors.
2. The burning time should not be too long, just burn it until it is cooked through.
