Scallion Ginger Flower Crab

Wash the crabs and cut into pieces. Slice ginger and cut green onion into sections for later use.

From the frying pan, add the sliced ginger and green onion until fragrant.

Stir-fry the next cut crabs.
4.
Add salt and cooking wine.
5.
Add appropriate amount of water, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
6.
Add chicken essence and stir well, sprinkle the remaining green onion before boiling.
7.
Serve in a bowl.
