Scallion Tofu

Wash the ingredients, cut the tofu from the middle, cut into 1 cm thick slices, shred green onions and tree peppers, cut parsley, shred meat, and mince ginger

Put the tofu in the microwave for 3 minutes on high heat, add a little oil in the wok, add the ginger and sauté until fragrant, add the pork shreds and fry until the color changes, pour in the steamed fish soy sauce and bring to a boil.

Tips:
The oil used for pouring the shallots must be hot. You can blanch the tofu without a microwave oven.
