Scallop Roasted Winter Melon

Prepare the main raw materials.

Soak scallops in water for 30 minutes.

Winter melon, peeled and washed, cut into small pieces.

Soak the dried scallops, wash and drain; shred the ginger.

Pour the oil into the wok, and add the ginger to the scent.

Tips:
1: Scallops are fishy, so add cooking wine or rice wine to remove the fishy smell.
2: Because it is a lean vegetable, salt and oil need to be less than usual for cooking.
