Scallops and Black Garlic with Sausage

Pat the scallops with a kitchen towel to dry

Using a high heat frying pan (no oil), fry the sausages for 1 to 2 minutes

Add the scallops and black garlic and fry for about 4 minutes, until the scallops are cooked
4.
Sprinkle with cilantro and chives
5.
Add lemon juice and sherry
6.
Heat for one minute
7.
Squeeze a slice of lemon juice on top when you are done
Tips:
1. Choose 120-day-aged black garlic, which is soft, sweet and has better quality!
