Boiled Scallops

1. Prepare ingredients: the small scallops just bought.

2. Soak in clean water for several hours to spit out the mud and sand.

3. Brush both sides of the scallops with a clean toothbrush.

4. Wash them all in order.

5. Pour clean water into the boiling pot, add a few peppers, a few slices of ginger, bring to a boil, and cook for ten minutes.

6. Sauce: olive oil, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, you can add some chili oil if you like spicy food, because the ingredients are delicious, so there is no need to add too much seasoning.
