Scrambled Eggs with Garlic

Wash the small garlic and cut into sections.

Beat in the eggs.

Add salt and stir well.

Add oil to the pot and heat, then pour in a small root of garlic and egg mixture and stir fry.

If the fry is too dry, pour a little water along the side of the pan and cook. Add salt to taste.
