Sea Coconut and Sydney Syrup

Soak the saponified rice for more than 12 hours in advance. After soaking, use clean water to remove impurities.

Soak the sea coconut for 20 minutes.

Rinse dried Sydney with water and set aside.
4.
Peel and pit the Sydney pear into slices.
5.
Put the prepared ingredients into the casserole.

Add an appropriate amount of water.

Bring the water to a boil on a high fire and reduce the heat to a slow cooker.

After the saponified rice is cooked, add red dates and rock sugar and cook until the rock sugar melts and turn off the heat.
