Coconut Almond and Sydney Soup
1.
Soak the sea coconuts for 10 minutes. Put the sea coconuts, figs, southern almonds and Sydney pear slices soaked in slices of Sydney into a pot, add water to a boil, turn to a low heat, and simmer for 40 hours.
2.
The boiled sugar water is poured out. According to personal preference, you can add an appropriate amount of rock sugar. The sugar water without rock sugar has a slight sweetness and is very delicious.
Tips:
Don't cut the Sydney pears too thinly, otherwise they will be easily clipped after being out of the pan;
Sea coconut is an auxiliary material and cannot be chewed.
