I gave some sea coconuts when I bought something last time. To be honest, I don't know how to eat this thing. Then I asked the children's shoes in the group and found that this is good for stewing soup. So let’s stew the ribs in soup. It’s completely stewed and it tastes more comfortable.

Ingredients

Sea Coconut Pork Ribs Soup

1. Soak the sea coconut half an hour in advance

2. Spare ribs, add green onion, ginger and garlic, pour into the pot and pass water

3. After boiling, remove the ribs and rinse for later use

4. Wash the ribs, add green onion and ginger, and put the cooking wine in the slow cooker

5. Add enough water and simmer on high heat

6. I added sea coconuts and candied dates when I was a kid

7. Finally simmer until the ribs are crispy, add salt to taste

8. Just get out of the pot while it's hot

Tips:

1. The slow cooker I use will take longer to simmer and won’t boil
2. If you use a casserole or soup pot, just boil it and add the sea coconut
3. This is a clear soup, and there is basically no other taste.
