Sea Cucumber and Mushroom Millet Porridge-the Most Nutritious Way to Eat Sea Cucumbers

Soak the sea cucumbers in advance and wash them.

Soak the millet for half an hour in advance.

After the water is boiled, add corn oil and add millet.

Sea cucumbers can be cut into sections or strips according to your preferences, or not.

Tips:
The soaking of ginseng adhering to "less boil and more soak", soak it with pure water as much as possible, and pay attention to changing the water several times in the middle.
