Sea Rice and Winter Melon Soup

Sea rice, green onions, ginger, aniseed.

Peel and seed the winter melon and slice it.

A teaspoon of sesame paste, drain with water to make a sesame sauce, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence to taste.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the casserole, put the winter melon, sea rice, green onions, ginger, and aniseed in the casserole. Bring to a low heat. After the winter melon is cooked, add the sesame sauce.
