This porridge is because my husband finds it delicious after making Spanish paella. He specifically asked me to make porridge with this method, and the taste is quite good. Seafood porridge is made with paella, so half of the following ingredients are for paella and half are for porridge. "

Seafood Congee

1. Shrimp trimmings should be removed and washed with shrimp thread, white shellfish, octopus washed and diced, tomato peeled and minced, onion washed and diced, garlic minced, rice washed and set aside.

2. Add onion diced and minced garlic to sauté.

3. Pour in the minced tomatoes and stir fry.

4. When the sauteed tomatoes are mashed, add appropriate amount of white pepper and salt and stir evenly, then stop the heat.

5. Pour the washed pearl rice into the casserole, then pour the cooked tomatoes and onions, add appropriate amount of water, stir evenly, cover and cook.

6. Cook until the rice is rotten into porridge.

7. Pour the seafood.

8. Cook until the white shells are opened and the octopus cubes and shrimps are cooked.
