Seahorse Stewed Lean Meat Soup

Preparation materials: 4 hippocampus, 2 candied dates, 300 grams of lean meat, 3 slices of ginger.

Wash the lean meat and cut into small pieces, rinse with water and rinse again.

Chop the seahorse into small pieces.

Wash the stew pot, add lean meat, hippocampus, candied dates and ginger slices.

Add water until the stew cup is 9 minutes full.

Tips:
The hippocampus must be chopped into small pieces to facilitate absorption. Don't put too much material to avoid tampering.
