Sea Horse Pot Partridge Soup

1. Ingredients: seahorse, partridge, candied dates and ginger slices.

2. Bake the washed seahorse in a hot pan over a low fire.

3. Wash the partridge and fly it with water.

4. Put all the ingredients in a glass saucepan.

5. Inject clean water all at once.

6. Cover the pot and bring it to a boil over high heat.

7. Turn to low heat and cook for 2 hours.

8. Remove the lid and add some salt to taste.
