Ingredients

Seaweed and Egg Soup

1. Prepare the following ingredients: beat the eggs into a bowl, cut the coriander into small sections, add an appropriate amount of water to two teaspoons of starch, and mix thoroughly, a bag of laver and a seasoning bag;

2. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, and then put the seaweed in the pot;

Tips:

1. The seaweed used is packaged in a small bag, and the seasoning bag can be prepared by yourself, just use salt, chicken powder, chopped green onion, and shrimp skin;

2. The starch thickening water should be poured slowly according to the actual situation, not all at once, so as not to be too thick.
