Seaweed Cold Dishes

Ingredients: cucumber, sea vegetable jelly, garlic cloves, green peppers, small red peppers.

Open the package of sea vegetable jelly, take half of the jelly and cut into pieces.

Pat the cucumber a few times with a knife and then cut it into small pieces.

Tips:
When adding salt, put less, because light soy sauce and oyster sauce are added later, both of which have a salty taste. Seaweed cold dishes can be cut into pieces or strips, as you like. Little red peppers can enhance the color and have a spicy taste. Those who can't eat spicy food can choose red peppers.
