Seaweed Paste

For the raw materials, chop the garlic, ginger, and red pepper.

Soak seaweed in warm water to remove and drain the water.
3.
Saute the prepared ingredients in a little oil in a saucepan.
4.
Turn to medium heat, add the drained seaweed and fry for about 1 minute.
5.
Add Maggi Fresh Soy Sauce, stir and stir well.
