Sesame Brown Sugar and Wine Stuffed Steamed Cake

Ingredients: 50 grams of brown sugar, 110 grams of water, 15 grams of corn oil, 75 grams of fermented rice, 75 grams of all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of cooked white sesame seeds, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

Pour water and brown sugar into a bowl, stir well, add oil and stir well. Pour the fermented rice grains, break up, and stir evenly. Mix flour and baking powder, sift into a bowl, mix well

Add sesame seeds and mix well. Put it into the mold, put it in a boiling water pot, steam for about 15 minutes on high heat, and let it out of the pot. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the surface, cool slightly, and remove the mold.
Tips:
1. The brown sugar needs to be chopped in advance, there are some small particles but it's okay.
2. When the brown sugar and water are mixed and stirred, a few small particles can be retained and do not need to be completely melted.
3. Let it dry for a while after it is steamed for easier demoulding.
