Sesame Butterfly Crisp
1.
One sheet of meringue, roll it out a little thinner, about 2mm.
2.
Then apply a layer of egg liquid on top, sprinkle with sugar and black and white sesame seeds. Press it tightly with a rolling pin.
3.
Sweep the egg liquid on the other side.
4.
Fold in two layers from both ends, and the layer with sesame seeds is on the outside.
5.
Finally, fold them together and cut them into small sections with a knife, not too long.
6.
Place them neatly on a baking tray, spread a thin egg mixture, and put them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. Bake the middle layer at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Or bake it until it is colored according to the actual situation, and it will be very crisp when it is cooled.
