Sesame Cake
1.
Prepare banana leaves, brown sugar, sesame seeds, and glutinous rice flour.
2.
The sesame seeds are ground into a powder with a food processor, then fry in a non-oily pan to get the fragrance and then add sugar.
3.
Add warm water to the glutinous rice flour and knead it into a ball! If the first time is good, add more water and continue rubbing.
4.
Squeeze a little out and squeeze it down.
5.
Add appropriate amount of sesame sugar.
6.
Wrap it up into a circle.
7.
Rub peanut oil on the banana leaves and put in two pinched glutinous rice balls.
8.
Roll up the banana leaves, and then squeeze the surface of the banana leaves to turn the glutinous rice ball into a glutinous rice cake.
9.
After the water is boiled, put it in a pot and steam.
10.
Personally, I think it tastes better after letting it cool.
Tips:
1. Plastic bags can also be used instead of banana leaves.
2. The purpose of pulverizing sesame seeds is for better taste and more fragrant taste, if you do not grind them into powder, you can.
