Sesame Roll

Ingredients: 150 grams of white bean paste, 50 grams of black sesame powder, 25 grams of osmanthus sauce

Pour the black sesame powder and osmanthus sauce together and mix well

Spread plastic wrap on the countertop, put white bean paste on it, flatten it with your hands, and then roll it into a 15*18cm rectangular piece with a rolling pin. The same can be done for black sesame filling, which is slightly smaller than the white bean paste.

Carefully lift up the black sesame slices, buckle them with the plastic wrap on the bean paste slices, and remove the plastic wrap after aligning. Lift the plastic wrap under the bean paste, fold the two sides toward the middle, and then fold it into a horseshoe shape.

Tips:
The rolled cylindrical shape can be wrapped in plastic wrap and placed in the refrigerator for 1 hour to shape. Lazy people don’t want to wait for an hour or touch cold things out of the refrigerator, so they just wrap them tightly in plastic wrap. It will be easier to cut into pieces after refrigerating,
