Shar Pei Mousse Cake

Warm the milk in water, add the chocolate until it melts.

After soaking the gelatine slices in cold water, add them to the milk chocolate liquid, stir until melted and smooth, then take them out and set aside.

The whipped cream is beaten with fine sugar until it is textured and flowing.

Mix the whipped cream and chocolate liquid evenly.
5.
Take a little chocolate liquid and apply it to the nose and paws.
6.
Pour the evenly mixed mousse liquid into the mold and freeze it in the refrigerator for more than 6 hours.
