Shellfish Maruko

1. Take a photo of the ingredients, chop the scallions and set aside.

2. Add water to the flour and use a whisk until there are no particles.

3. Add the bonito sauce and continue stirring.

4. Beat in 3 eggs and stir.

5. Heat oil in a pan.

6. Use a spoon to put the batter into the pot, don't need to be too neat, leave some batter on the side.

7. Put scallops on top and fry them into pieces.

8. After waiting for a minute or two, turn it over and pay attention to the edges.

9. Turn all over and wait for another two or three minutes for it to be ripe.

10. Serve it, sprinkle with bonito flakes and sweet sauce. You can also put salad dressing if you like.

Tips:

For two, you can eat together as a meal. If you don’t have the fried food, you can skip it, and add something more delicious. If you like octopus, you can replace it with octopus and make octopus balls.
