Shrimp is a hair material and should not be eaten by people with chronic diseases. Shrimp should not be eaten if it is getting angry.
2. When buying shrimp, choose shrimp with complete body, dense carapace, clear shell, firm muscles, elastic body, and dry and clean body surface. As for the prawns with loose meat, reddish color, and fishy smell, they are not fresh enough and should not be eaten. Generally speaking, if the head and body are closely connected, they are relatively new.
