Garlic Red Wine Shrimp

Prepare ingredients.

The garlic is flattened first, and then finely chopped for later use.

Open the back of the shrimp with a knife for better flavor.

Pick out the gut and marinate with a little salt and cooking wine for about ten minutes.

Pour a little olive oil into the pot.
