Tiancheng Blindly Shrimp

Wash the prawns.

Shred the green onion and ginger.

The prawns are cut off the silk and claws.

Pick out the shrimp thread.

Put the cleaned shrimp in a large bowl, add green onion, ginger and cooking wine.

Marinate for 20 minutes. [Set the marinating time according to the size of the shrimp]

Fill the pot with oil, heat up, add prawns and appropriate amount of green onion and ginger to fry.

Fry on low heat until the prawns are golden on both sides.

Pour in Lee Kum Kee Tiancheng Yiwei special fresh soy sauce.
10.
Simmer for 1 minute.

Pour in Lee Kum Kee's mellow sesame oil.
12.
Just stir evenly.
Tips:
The shrimp I use is relatively large, so it takes longer to marinate and fry. The time can be adjusted according to the size of the shrimp.
