Shrimp Roasted Winter Melon-"winter Love" of Four Seasons

Ingredients: 400 grams of winter melon, 12 fresh live shrimps; 5 ml of cooking wine, 5 grams of salt, a few slices of green onion and ginger, 40 ml of steamed fish soy sauce, 10 ml of Tiancheng Yiwei special fresh soy sauce, and a bowl of about 20 ml of broth.

Wash the prawns, cut off the prawn silk, pick off the prawn string, put it in a basin, spray the cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes.

Add 1 slice of green onion, 1 slice of ginger, a few drops of oil, and a boil to the pot with water and add the shrimps to a boil.

Head and peel the cooked prawns, leaving only the tail section of the phoenix tail for use.

Cut the winter melon into long squares about 1*3*5 cm.

Put the cubed winter melon diagonally into the plate, and put the shrimps on top of the winter melon.
Tips:
Frying winter melon in advance has two effects, one is to shape beautifully, and the other is to shorten the cooking time, so as not to affect the umami taste.
