Shrimp with Garlic Vermicelli

Minced garlic ➕ salt ➕ sugar in a cold pan and sauté a little more in oil for a minute.

Cut off the mouth and feet of the shrimp, and separate them until the tail does not break.

Boil the shrimp in boiling water for 1 second to change the color. If the water is too cold, it must be cool.

Soak the vermicelli in hot water, and spread the vermicelli ➕ garlic paste evenly on the bottom of the plate. Spread the prawns separately, pour the garlic on it, and steam for 3 minutes. After steaming, pour in hot oil.
