Spicy Shrimp

Prepare fresh river prawns to remove the prawn thread and beard, then prepare half a slice of onion, 5g minced ginger, 10g shallot, and cut into sections

Pour 500g of prepared river prawns into a bowl, add 10g starch and mix well

Heat oil from the pan, pour 50ml of cooking oil, add shrimp and fry until golden on both sides

Heat oil in another pot, add 5ml edible oil, 5g sesame pepper, 20g dried chili, pour in ginger, sauté on high heat

Then add 5g of spicy sauce and stir-fry evenly, pour in onion and stir-fry evenly, then pour in shrimp, shallots, and 2g of salt, and stir-fry evenly

Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
