Sichuan is one of my favorite cities, and it is also the place where I fell in love with spicy. This dish was learned at a friend's house in Sichuan.

Sichuan Homemade Bream

1. Remove the scales of the bream

2. Clean water

3. Three bevel cuts on both sides

Tips:

If you don’t have bream, you can use grass carp. If you like spicy food, add pepper
