To say that I can buy this loofah with a lot of effort. I didn’t think how good this thing is before. I have never paid attention to it, but since the cafeteria has been mixed with such a plate every few days, I am addicted to eating it. Now, it’s crispy and tender. It’s delicious. My colleague said it was a loofah tip. I thought it was a pumpkin tip. I want to make something so delicious for my family. So I went to several vegetable markets and finally bought it, and this kind of dish is relatively seasonal, and it takes about a month before and after to eat this deliciousness. If you want to eat it, you can only wait until the next year.

Tips:

1. Add salt and oil when blanching water to make the color of the loofah tip more emerald green
2. The whole dish only contains steamed fish soy sauce. I didn’t add any salt. The salt in the fish soy sauce is enough.
3. The hot oil after frying the peppercorns will be more fragrant when poured on the tip of the loofah
