Simmered Loofah Tip
1.
Remove the old root of the loofah tip, pinch off and wash

Boil water in a pot and add salt
3.
Add a little bit of cooking oil
4.
After boiling, add the loofah tip and blanch it
5.
Remove the cold water after changing the color
6.
Drain the water and put it on the plate, add steamed fish soy sauce
7.
In another pot, add cooking oil to heat, add pepper and fry it until fragrant and turn off the heat
8.
Put garlic slices and dried chilies on the tip of the loofah
9.
Pour the oil on the tip of the loofah while it is hot
Tips:
1. Add salt and oil when blanching water to make the color of the loofah tip more emerald green
2. The whole dish only contains steamed fish soy sauce. I didn’t add any salt. The salt in the fish soy sauce is enough.
3. The hot oil after frying the peppercorns will be more fragrant when poured on the tip of the loofah
