Stir-fried Vermicelli with Loofah

Pinch off the old hard part of the loofah and wash it.

Bring an appropriate amount of water to a boil, and blanch the tip of the loofah to remove.

The vermicelli is blanched until it is eighty to ninety mature.
4.
Millet pepper, minced ginger and garlic.
5.
Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, fry the ginger garlic and peppercorns until fragrant.

Add the blanched loofah tip and vermicelli and stir fry a few times.

Appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, chicken essence and seasoning.

Appropriate amount of spicy sauce, stir fry evenly, turn off the heat and serve.
