Simmered Radish Skins

Wash the radish from the heart and peel off the outer thin skin of the radish

Then peel off the radish skins, and use a blade to form into pieces of appropriate size

Put it in a large bowl, add salt and stir well and marinate for 20 minutes

Pour out the marinated water, add vinegar and chicken essence
5.
Put vegetable oil in the pot, saute the pepper and dried chili
6.
While it's hot, add the pepper oil into the radish skin and stir evenly.
