Simple Change---avocado Tart
1.
Pour whipped cream, condensed milk, milk, and sugar into a small pot, turn on a low heat, and stir while heating until it melts and removes from the heat.
2.
Take only the yolk of the two eggs.
3.
After the mixed solution prepared in step 1 has cooled slightly, pour in the two egg yolks and stir well.
4.
Sift the low-powder into the mixture, stir evenly, and serve as egg tart water.
5.
Prepare the avocado and cut into small pieces.
6.
Put the avocado cubes in the tart crust, filter the tart water, pour it into the custard crust, generally 80% full is enough, because the tart water will expand during the heating process.
