Simple Flower Sushi for A Picnic

Cut the cucumber into strips. The thickness is determined by the size of the cucumber, which is about the same.

Sprinkle the rice with strawberry powder (cherry blossom powder or other color-enhancing powder will do), add some sushi vinegar to make the color even.

Take the rice, cut the seaweed into small pieces, roll it up, and cut off the extra part. A total of 5 are required.

Take a piece of long seaweed, as shown in the picture, a piece of freshly rolled sushi and a piece of cucumber, and put them in order.

The cod sausage is placed between the first and second and rolled up.

Tips:
Rice with water on your hands will not stick to your hands. Strawberry powder and sushi vinegar are not easy to buy. You can substitute other ones~
